The Absolute Calypso
The Absolute Navetta 50 — The Absolute Calypso — arrives as one of three models in Absolute's Generation 2026, and represents a new definition of what a sub-50-foot Navetta can be. Compact and agile, she is engineered for true owner-operation: intuitive helm, side-deck access door, and thoughtfully designed circulation routes that make single-handed cruising not just possible but genuinely enjoyable.
Inspired by the mythological Calypso — the nymph who suspended time on her island, a place of beauty, protection, and freedom — the Navetta 50 is designed to slow the clock at sea. Her generous volumes for the category, light-toned oak interior, and full-height panoramic glazing create an environment that feels more like a waterfront apartment than a traditional 50-foot hull. Every outing becomes an event worth lingering in.
Below decks, three staterooms plus a crew cabin deliver a flexibility that rivals models a full ten feet longer. The forward owner's cabin features a diagonally positioned bed — a layout that maximises both ergonomics and the view through large sea-level windows — with a separate shower and walk-in wardrobe. The midship VIP cabin approaches second-suite quality, while the third guest cabin and crew berth complete the night deck with uncommon versatility.
