About the 120 Yacht
Bold Geometry. Athletic Silhouette.
The Sunseeker 120 Yacht made its public debut at the Monaco Yacht Show in September 2023, unveiling what Sunseeker describes as "bold geometry, an athletic silhouette, immaculate style, and effortless functionality." Sitting between the 116 Yacht and the 134 Superyacht in the range, the 120 Yacht is a raised pilothouse design with a semi-displacement hull that has been optimised for fuel efficiency — delivering a remarkable 1,730-nautical-mile range at 10 knots from a pair of 2,000 PS MTU 12V M97L engines, yet capable of 20 knots when needed.
The defining features of the 120 Yacht are innovations that don't appear on production yachts of this class. The foredeck seating area slides forward to reveal a hot tub — an extraordinary piece of engineering packaged invisibly into the bow area. The main deck owner's suite has full-height windows on both sides. And the transom features a gull-wing door that conceals a day head and shower alongside enough storage for a 6-metre tender and two jet skis — all accessible without disrupting the visual clarity of the stern.
Five staterooms accommodate 10 guests in complete luxury, served by up to 5 crew in three cabins. The 120 Yacht represents Sunseeker's ambition in the superyacht space — a production design with the architectural ambition and specification depth of a semi-custom build, available with the reliability and support of the world's leading British yacht builder.
Key Features
🔄
Sliding Foredeck — Hot Tub Reveal
The foredeck seating area slides forward to reveal a hot tub — an engineering innovation unique to the 120 Yacht and invisible when not in use. One of the most talked-about features of any new superyacht in 2023.
🚪
Gull-Wing Transom Garage — 6m Tender + 2 Jet Skis
A gull-wing door at the transom conceals a day head, shower, and a garage large enough for a 6-metre tender and two jet skis — packaged into the stern without disrupting the exterior silhouette.
🏠
Main Deck Owner's Suite — Full-Height Windows
The owner's suite on the main deck benefits from full-height windows on both sides — panoramic views, privacy, and the architectural quality of a flagship superyacht in a production hull.
⛵
Semi-Displacement Hull — 1,730 NM Range
The hull has been optimised for fuel efficiency without sacrificing performance — 1,730 nautical miles at 10 knots from twin MTU 2,000 PS engines is extraordinary for a 120-foot yacht.
🏗️
Raised Pilothouse — Bold Architecture
The raised pilothouse design creates a distinctive silhouette and exceptional main deck layout, freeing the saloon of helm intrusion and delivering the kind of open-plan living space expected at superyacht scale.
